Richard David Solomon (April 23, 1966) is a Programme Manager and a qualified practitioner in MSP and Prince 2 who is probably best known for designing the Case Management System for the Government Body Cafcass (Child and Family Court Advisory Support Service). Richard has co written all 5 of the the Three Valleys Murder Mystery Plays, which have become an annual event, that take place each May, and have become a major fund raising event for the Three Valleys Club.
