Warsaw Will

I am a Scotsman living and teaching English in Poland. My main interest at the moment is proof-reading articles written by Slavic writers, especially on history, correcting grammatical and lexis errors and occasionally making small style adjustments. I make no claims to knowledge on their subjects, I simply want to make their contributions more readable, and natural sounding to a native speaker. Some Slavic languages, for example, don't use articles, so when to use, and when not to use 'the' can be quite a problem, as is the use of Present Perfect, which has no equivalent in Polish, for example.
