The Bee Cafe

The Bee Cafe, the first cafe in the United Arab Emirates to be fully run by people of determination, made its opening in 2019. The coffee shop highlights the dedication and effort the people of determination put in. This establishment recruits Emirati citizens who have successfully completed a comprehensive six-month educational program. The curriculum of this program encompasses a variety of skills, including the preparation of coffee and food, hospitality services, basic hygiene practices, and first aid. Furthermore, the training equips the employees with the ability to conduct engaging small talk, thereby enhancing the overall experience of the patrons by fostering a welcoming atmosphere. [5]
