Before joining crime branch he did a security testing on nashik police website and their wifi network & got successful. he then ask them to secure their server before the Black-hat hacker exploit it. for this achievement nashik police hired him as computer forensic investigator & head of cyber cell nashik.
Rediff investigation
Sumit found a xss vulnerability in popular entertaining website Rediff.com & asked the respective administrator for patch it. But still no action is taken about it. So the vulnerability still present in Rediff.com [2]
