Thanks for your work on this article. Sorry for the edit conflict! That 'work in progress' header template is perfect. I also invited WikiProject NRHP members to visit the article. I am sure we will add the 'Former NRHP sites' category after the stadium is officially delisted. As a former Eugene resident and Ems employee, I was sad to hear about the loss of Civic. I wrote about the fire, my two summers at Civic, and more stadium stuff on my blog, cpbsketchbook.com. If I'm not mistaken, I'm allowed to use your photo if I credit you, which I did. Let me know if I need to take the photo down. I'd compliment your photo skills, but the flames in the image are literally on the spot where I used to sling pizza and beer, so I'll just whistle past the graveyard and show myself out.
