Hi, Bamse. I would like to start with the article Law for the Protection of Cultural Properties. Which are the best references? The usual ones? You are the expert :-). Urashimataro ( talk) 08:07, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
Hi Urashimataro! Are you still planning to write about the Cultural Properties Protection law? I am sad to hear that the ginkgo is gone. bamse ( talk) 15:28, 10 March 2010 (UTC) Hi, Bamse. I sure am, but I am having to deal with eye-strain headaches induced by overwork, so I HAVE to take it easy for a while. You found out about the ginkgo? That was quick. I am planning to go this evening to take photos. Frank (Urashima Tarō) ( talk) 23:59, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
Bamse, started the article about the law here. For now, I just pasted in material taken from the National Treasures article and reworked it a bit. Tomorrow I should have some respite from work and am gonna work more on it. Let me know what you think should be done. Frank (Urashima Tarō) ( talk) 06:47, 15 March 2010 (UTC)
Hi Urashimataro! Just noticed that you are writing about tōrō which is a very good thing. Are you also going to cover (gilt) bronze lanterns like that in front of Tōdai-ji's daibutsuden (lantern is a national treasure)? I remember seeing a similar lantern also at Yakushi-ji (between the two pagodas) and Kōfuku-ji seems to have a national treasure lantern in its museum. Probably there are many more examples. bamse ( talk) 09:10, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
I fear not, because I have no material on the subject (I don't even know what you are talking about). Any source to suggest? Frank (Urashima Tarō) ( talk) 23:32, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
Well, you already gave me some material. I can include that, for now. Thanks for the tips. Frank (Urashima Tarō) ( talk) 01:09, 22 April 2010 (UTC)
