and does not add the invoking page to any category.

Category adder

Adding "nocat=no", "nocat=false" or "nocat=0" as a parameter will cause the invoking page to be added to Category:Wikipedians interested in the Rice Owls if it is in the user namespace.

{{ User:UBX/NCAA-Rice|nocat=no}} yields:

This user is a fan of the Rice Owls.

and adds the invoking page to Category:Wikipedians interested in the Rice Owls if it is in the user namespace.
