Southwest Calgary is one of four quadrants in Calgary, Alberta. It contains 75 of Calgary's neighbourhoods. The majority of downtown Calgary is in this quadrant.

Generally speaking, Southwest Calgary is bordered by Macleod Trail or the CRP tracks on the east and the Bow River or 16th Avenue N on the north. The quadrant runs to the south until the city limits and to the west until the Tsuu T'ina Nation or the city limits.

Calgary Transit's C-Train light rail system runs along Macleod Trail between the Southwest and the Southeast quadrants.

Demographics

In 2008, x Calgary had a resident population of x. [1] Residents in this community had a median household income of $x in 2005 with x% of the population reported as low income residents. [1] As of 2006, x% of the residents were immigrants. A proportion of x% of the buildings were condominiums or apartments, and x% of the housing was used for renting.
