Bjørn Sagvolden is a Norwegian former commando [1] and pioneer [2] of FSK (Forsvarets spesialkommando), a military special forces unit that reports to the Norwegian Ministry of Defence . Circumstances regarding his training in FSK, lead to a Fact-finding commission [3] being constituted in 1983.
He lost a courtcase against Ministry of Defence in 2009. [4] [5]
Later in 2009, Sagvolden was refused access to medical records from his service with the special forces. [6]
