We hail our Alma Mater,
The silver and the blue.
We always will remember
The home we found in you.
We faced the tasks you gave us
In triumph and defeat.
O South Lafourche, to you
We pledge out loyalty.
Hey, look us over SL High.
Famous blue tarpons always flying high.
We've got the team, and we've got the pep.
We figure whenever we're down and out,
The only way is up and shouting.
We are the big team flying high.
Don't look away boys, take a tip from us.
We're a little bit new on the field, you know,
But we've got the will to win,
So look out boys here we come! Hey!
