Eventually Ryan gave up on playing Counter Strike, and went with the moto "if you can't beat em, Join em" and thats exactly what he did, and on the 28th February 2006 Ryan joined "The Suicide Gaming League" thesgl.com as a member of staff and worked his way up though the ranks, and is now a respected Head Admin of all game tournaments aswell as Site and IRC staff.

In recent years Ryan has voluntarily worked on behalf of Game Frontier for TheCGS.com (Championship Gaming Series) Which was a TV based Gaming Show, Ryan put forth ideas towards the show, and the setting up and running of the machines. Ryan also participated in similar work for the more recent SGL Summer Slam.

Now aswell as Admin for thesgl.com Ryan now plays for reformed Counter Strike: Source team, Source Warriors, where he contributes much of his time to server/game management and also a much needed cannon fodder/protection for the rest of his team.
