FireWatch ERP Software is an Enterprise Resource Planning and Management software solution, used largely by Fire and Rescue Services. [5] [6] Clients include Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service [7] [8] North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, [9] County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service [10] and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service. [11]
FloSuite is a solution configuration framework which enables the rapid creation of case management and business process management applications to automate and manage multiple worktypes. [12] Clients include Blackadders Solicitors [13] and IBB Solicitors. [14]
Spirit of Fire Awards
Since 2011, FireWatch’s developer Infographics has been a headline sponsor of the Spirit of Fire Awards, organised by The Fire Fighter’s Charity. In 2014 Infographics was short-listed as a candidate for the charity’s Corporate Supporter of the Year award. [15]
