Bathula Sudheer Reddy was born on October 16th, 1973 in the village of Polur, Nandyal Mandal, Kurnool District.
He has done his M.C.A from Nagarjuna University in 1998.
His first position was at Capricorn Systems Global System Hyderabad as trainee programmer.
After Capricorn Systems Global Services Hyderabad, he then joined Elansoft Infotech Private Limited in Hyderabad as a Software Engineer. Before moving to Sirvisetti Global Services, Hyderabad, Sudheer married Praveena in Anantapur who at the time was an M.C.A student at IGNOU, New Delhi. In October 2004 , he moved to IBM Global Services, Banglore. He has a baby girl Deekshita who was born on 11th Feburary 2005 when he was in Melbourn Australia. Currently he is working with Oracle.
