It seemed prudent to create this identity in order to interact with other folks.

I am an interested bystander for most of the wikipedia pages on time and time scales. I'm not immediately interested in modifying their content, for I prefer to maintain my own page at http://www.ucolick.org/~sla/leapsecs/timescales.html . I have the original source material for most of the content on my pages. I would be happy to share the source materials with folks who are interested in adding solid references to wikipedia entries.
