About Me

I am a professional archivist, with an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in English and a Masters in Library and Information Science from Simmons College. I edit Wikipedia in both personal and professional capacities. My edits typically consist of adding information found through my work of writing biographical and historical notes; I cite finding aids, obituaries, and books, in addition to other sources discovered while researching. The biographical and historical notes are included in finding aids that I and my colleagues write in our efforts to make collections available to the public. I will not make any edits that are outside Wikipedia's guidelines or that are not beneficial to Wikipedia and its goals and community.

I have interned in the archives at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Association of American Medical Colleges and have worked at Boston College, Iowa State University, and my alma mater, Wake Forest University [Go Deacs!]. Email me with questions!
