Step Records is an independent record label step up in 2005 by Tbilisi, Georgia musicians Vaho Babunashvili (Soft Eject) and Achiko Guledani (Green Room). It was set up to help Georgian musicians in developing their musical projets, organise local gigs and present them abroad. Step Records is specialised in Concert/ festival organisation, Promotions, Artist booking, CD replication. They also own a sound recording studio Georecords. Step records is a co-owner of the first independent music magazine O3 (Ozoni).
The company manages and organizes concerts for famous Georgian bands - Soft Eject and Green Room, Project GFF and Dato Lomidze for ( Georgian Football Federation Fan club) Movement Theater and its own Moving Band. Also work with other Georgian bands that are not signed in the company: The Shin, The Young Georgian Lolitaz, String, Bakur Burduli band and Green Mama.
