Some people have posted thanks for some of my
Request for Adminship votes. Others have just left pretty notes. Here's a list of some of those said thanks and notes:

Stax,
Thanks so very much for supporting my
Request for Admin. The final result was 38/0/0. I'm looking forward to spending my summer holidays shut away in a darkened room, drinking
G&Ts and playing with my new tools ;-) Please accept this
Tim Tam as a token of my gratitude.

I'm leaving this
macrophage, a particularly hungry white blood cell on your talk page, I just finished a rewrite of its article and realized they're not so different from administrators, as they keep their surroundings clean, doing away with anything that's not supposed to be there... Anyway, with that short lecture on cell biology done with, I'd like to thank you for your vote on
my RfA, which passed with (49/2/0), I'll do my best to not let you down, and if you see me heading towards a common newbie mistake, please nudge me in the right direction :)
Thank you! Staxringold/RFA, thank you for your support in my
RfA: it passed with a final tally of 55/1/2. If you want a hand with anything, please
gimme a shout. Again, thanks! –

Hi James. I wanted to thank you for taking the time to consider
my RfA, which passed this morning. If there's ever anything I can help you with, just ask; you know where to find me. By the way, I too revere Cliff Clavin. Cheers. ×Meegs 08:16, 11 March 2006 (UTC)
Thank you!
Thank you for supporting / opposing / vandalisingmy RFA! The result was 71/3/0 and so I am now still a normal user / an administrator / indefinitely banned. Your constructive criticism / support / foulmouthed abuse has given me something to think about / helped me immensely / turned me into a nervous wreck. If there's any way I can help you in return, please ask someone else / suffer and die / drop me a line! --

Dear Mr Blanning, thank you for choosing the ACME Auto-thanker! Simply strike out the phrases that do not apply and tear off this strip at the indicated line to give all your supporters and detractors the personalised response they so richly deserve. N.B: DO NOT FORGET TO TEAR THIS BIT OFF, MORON!
Thank you so much for supporting me in
my recent RfA, which passed with a final tally of 56/1/0. I want to give you a Texas-sized thank you for your confidence in my abilities. If you ever need anything or find that I have made an error, please let me know on
my talk page. —

Staxringold/RFA, thank you for participating in
my RfA. Unfortunately, a great number of oppose voters felt that I lacked experience, and a consensus was not reached (the final tally was 30/28/10). Perhaps I will try again in another few months when I have a few more edits under my belt. If I do, I hope I can count on your support. Thanks again!

Hello, Staxringold/RFA, and thank you for the supportive vote on my recent
RfA! With a final vote of 84/1/4, I have now been entrusted with the
mop, bucket and keys. I will be slowly acclimating myself to my new tools over the next months, but welcome any and all
feedback and suggestions on how I might be able to use them to help the project. Thanks again! -

Staxringold, thank you very much for your support in my recent
Request for adminship, it passed with a final tally of (65/3/3) - which I find both amazing and humbling. I wish I had time to thank everyone personally, but I'm afraid all I can offer is this token of my gratitude. I hope to live up to your expectations/hopes. If at any stage you need to contact me, for help or a request or to point out a mistake in my conduct, please make sure to tell me on my
talk page. --

Dear Staxringold, thanks so much for your (cliche) support during my recent successful
request for adminship. I really appreciate it. Hope you're enjoying UConn; my sister trained there as well! It turned me into a Huskies fan! Take care --

Dear Staxringold/RFA,
Thank you very much for your support on
my recent RfA. I am pleased to announce that it passed with a tally of 72/11/1, and I am now an
administrator. I'll be taking things slowly at first and getting used to the tools, but please let me know if there are any admin jobs I can do to help you, now or in the future. —

Thanks for voting! Hello Staxringold/RFA, and thank you so much for voting in my recent
RfA. I am pleased to inform you that it passed with a final tally of (119/1/3), into the
WP:100, so I have now been cleared for adminship and will soon be soaring above the clouds. I was overjoyed, shocked, and humbled by the tally, and, most importantly, all the support. Thank you. If there is ever anything you need, you know where you can find me. Take care.
Hello, Staxringold! This is just a note thanking you for participating in my recent Request for Adminship, which passed with a total of 93 support !votes, 1 oppose and 3 editors remaining neutral. While frankly overwhelmed by the level of support, I humbly thank the community for the trust it has placed in me, and vow to use the tools judiciously and without malice.
Staxringold, thank you for participating in
my RfA. It passed with an amazingly unopposed 77/0/1. Thanks for the support everybody! If you see me doing anything wrong, want to ask me something, or just want to yell in my general direction, leave me a note on
my talk page. I promise to try and knock outWikipedia's problems wherever I may find them!
