Step 3: Do exercise. Exercise can be done everywhere! It can be in your home or even in your backyard! You can also stay at sun from 6:45-7:00 am that can brighten your day already! 🌞 Or maybe you can play basketball with your friends! πŸ€

Step 4: Take a bowel everyday🚽. Eliminating waste is important too. They are the dirty elements in our body so it should be eliminated. To have a good bowel movement, eat fiber. 🌾
