Background

CloudSEK was founded in 2015 by Rahul Sasi, who is also the CTO. Rahul started CloudSEK with the intention of combining machine learning, artificial intelligence, and automation to address cyber security issues. XVigil is CloudSEK's internet monitoring tool that scours thousands of sources on its client’s behalf, to detect cyber threats, data leaks, identity thefts, etc. Sourabh Issar took over as the Chief Executive officer in 2018. Funding

In November 2018, CloudSEK raised $2 million in the pre- Series A funding. The funding round was led by Exfinity Venture Partners and StartupXseed. [3]

In February 2019, CloudSEK raised an additional $0.5 million as part of the pre-Series A funding. The round was funded by IDFC Parampara. [4]


Product

XVigil is a SaaS-based, AI driven unified risk management platform that prevents and monitors cyber threats. XVigil works on a subscription-based revenue model, where clients pay for the features they use, and the number of assets it tracks. [5]
