My nickname is Ruwaym. After I got acquainted with Wikipedia through
WikiMOOC, I registered in
Arabic Wikipedia with an account named
Dunaynir on 1 August 2018. As Dunaynir, I had
many contributions (ar) until 2 November 2018, but I left it. Then I backed as Ruwaym Ibn Dunaynir on 3 June 2019 and started again with a new account, this one. I been active almost daily and have created and improved
over a thousand articles there .
Another thousand, Arabic Wikiquote, my ex-favorite project,
a most prolific article creator at time, I was active there until 7 July 2022, retired before i get infinite blocked for an excuse. I'm active in
Commons too, more than two thousand uploads, never blocked there. Wikidata needs no reminding. From the end of 2021, I started my participation in
Persian Wikipedia, but I got infinite blocked on 5 February 2022 by
a local beaucrat (Sunfyre) who considers me
a suspected sock puppet ofChyah. As an affected user by
Sockophobia in Persian Wikipedia, I tried my best, no result. I spent months with Wikistress. I got infinite blocked in Persian Wikiqoute too for the same excuse. Finally, After i accused by
Michel Bakni for "
Distortion of the image of Arab society "
in a foreign forum " I got infinite in my ex-homewiki on 14 Agusut 2022 under "
Vandalism-only account" by
Avicenno just like that, he who said that my global block log shows my "racist tendencies". On 15 August,
Faisal easily added "
Not here to build an encyclopedia". Before that, I was 96 in the list of the top 100 users in creating articles, and 95 of Top 100 users by number of edits in Arabic Wikipedia. Well, no one cares, non of you pageviewers.
My blocks here started by
El C and
Yamla when
treated me as newcomer with kindness and patience on
30 September 2019. Their action became the source of my local humiliation. I was sporadically active in English Wikipedia from my first days,
Kateb Maktub (July 2022) made me more active. From the days of the eighth month of 2022, I made English Wikipedia as my new homewiki. Rockchalk717 told me on 11 July 2022Just don't violate the core behavior policies and be responsive on your talkpage and you should be fine. Almost a year ago Mysterymanblue thanked me and said Thank you for being a dedicated Wikimedian! You have made a lot of valuable contributions to the English Wikipedia and other projects. I know that you care a lot about Wikimedia, and I appreciate all the work that you have put into it. You may have had some troubles here, but don't let them drag you down. Persevere, learn from your mistakes, and keep trying to make things better :)
It's not all about the
blockphiles. In my Wikimedian life, I consider myself "a volunteer freelance writer", and a user who persecuted by long-time/life access-holders in some Wikimedia projects, cases are:
Anti-wiki activities,
Cyber-
Covert and
Linguistic racism,
False accusation,
Faulty generalization,
Gaslighting,
Hounding,
Labelling,
Manipulation,
Mockery,
Marginalization,
Misuse of administrative tools,
Self-fulfilling prophecy,
Silent-
Stereotype treatment and
Sockophobia. However, they only affected my "account", not me. Instead of running away and making a
clean start, I came here, English Wikipedia, and started my contributions seriously based on an
American Dream-like outlook. Admin

17 July 2022: ...just wanted to say you are awesome and brilliant. Let some time passes, and you will feel better. Even better not to log into Wikimedia projects for some time. I myself have emptied my watchlist on fawiki and have disabled pings from there. That project has a toxic atmosphere. Don't let that get under your skin. This is not your fault. I prefer listen to such users, than those who do not even put a
explanation of block after they easily label you. DanCherek made me sure on 5 August 2022:...while I'm not familiar with your editing history, I see that you've had some frustrating experiences on other Wikimedia projects... It never feels good when we dedicate a lot of time to something that should be fun and enjoyable and then it becomes the opposite of that. A good thing about the English Wikipedia is that what happens on other projects doesn't matter too much for the most part, and what you do here counts for a lot. I'm pleased to see that recently you seem to be settling in nicely at enwiki, with plenty of new article creations and a DYK nomination, and I hope you continue to have better experiences here. For the first time i see my contributions are not considered
junk science, I'm happy for that.
The subject of my contributions is varied, but I focus on biographies, especially of literature-culture people, and I am also interested in listing famous people of every country or profession. Anyways, I'm a
nineties, the "Golden Age of Multiculturalism".
