Mr. Vijay D. Patil is the eldest Son of honourable Dr. D.Y Patil, Born in the year 19--, He has achieved his Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Mumbai University and later Achieved his Masters Degree from Australian university.
He is Currently the Chancellor of Dr. D.Y Patil University which includes different Education Segment such as 'Italic text D Y Patil College of Engineering,Dr. D Y Patil Medical College and Hospital, Dr. D Y Patil international School and Dr. D Y Patil College of Management( Belapur railway station which are all located in Navi Mumbai Region.
He is also the President of Dr. D.Y Patil Sports Academy which inspires young athletes to perform and also assist them in becoming the future talent for the country.
It was his Vision and Dream that helped Navi Mumbai to achieve its First International Cricket Stadium Called http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:DY_Patil_Stadium Which is Nearby Nerul railway station. He is also the Current Vice President of Mumbai Cricket Association.
