FLESH COLORED RADIO
Flesh Colored Radio is an internet talk show from Baltimore, MD hosted by Jeff Bradford (b. November 26, 1974) and Bobby C. Posting new shows every week, Flesh Colored Radio is a talk show that shines the spotlight on the deviant lifestyle. Show format includes interviews, comedians, bands, adult entertainers etc...
HISTORY
Flesh Colored Radio's first show was on June 26th, 2006. For the first 50 or so shows, FCR was hosted by Jeff Bradford and Parker (Mike Parker). Parker is the manager at Larry Flint's Hustler Club in Baltimore, MD. At the time Jeff was a Dj there.
During this line-up, FCR not only did shows from the FCR studio. They also hosted live FCR broadcasts from The Sidebar, Hustler Club and Fletcher's. Fletcher's became a regular thing, morphing into "Flesh Colored Fridays". From October of 2006 to July of 2007 Jeff and Parker hosted FCR live from Fletcher's and both DJ'd the after party. During this time some FCR guests included comedians: Jim Meyer and Travis Morgan. adult film stars: Andy San Dimas and Dana Dearmond. bands: Of Broken, February Falling, The Booze Hounds and Agents of the Sun. Charm City Roller Girls: Jules Burn and Dirty Jersey. During the Flesh Colored Fridays era, the FCR line-up was Jeff Bradford, Parker, Suicide Girls' Mercie Suicide and Psycho Mike with several noted appearances by Peanut butter Jeff, Bobby C, Dee Money and Melvin the Gay Bar back.
During the summer of 2007, live FCR broadcasts from Fletcher's became less frequent as Parker found out he had a baby on the way and stopped showing up close to every week. Jeff continued to host Flesh Colored Fridays with several different co-hosts, mainly Jim Meyer.
In September of 2007 Parker announced his "maternity leave" for an undetermined length of time. At this point, Jim Meyer stepped up as co-host and the show moved back to the studio.
From September of 2007 till February of 2008, Jim Meyer served as full time co-host with on-air staff including Bobby C and Byron Albert. During this line-up, FCR on-air guests included: adult film star: Andy San Dimas. Jack and Landis of All Mighty Senators. Comedians: Mike Storck, Matt Stoval, Justin Jones, T. Brad Hudson. Charm City Roller Girls: Rebel Yellow, Shi Monsta and Dirty Marty. Rocket To Venus' Geoff and Buck.
In late February of 2008, Jeff's full time job and his band Hollowboy would cause him to be doing a ton of traveling, hindering FCR's regularly scheduled Monday night shows. At that point Jeff decided to change the format of FCR all together. He decided for the next several months to do FCR more guerrilla style. Holding off on booking guests and doing the shows whenever he was back in town. Knowing of Jim Meyer's schedule, he knew it would be close to impossible to keep him on as co-host if there were going to continue to be weekly shows. It was at this point that Jeff asked Bobby C to join him as co-host and continue to have Jim Meyer and Parker on the show when they could make it into the studio.
Once Jeff and Bobby C started doing the show together full time, they saw the format of the show changing all together. The show at this point has changed more into recaps of the lives of Jeff and Bobby.
FCR's 100th show is on it's way in less than 2 weeks. After show 100, FCR will start featuring more guests and get back into it's original format.
