Article title: softball
Article Evaluation: the article has not been updated since December 9th, 2022, and certain parts of the Talk from the wiki pages look not to have been active since 2015. meaning many categories in the softball article should be included. The reason why I chose this article is that softball is a common sport played among women. They compare the article's length to other women's sports and their male counterparts.
There is some information about players and achievements.

Article Evaluation: This article discusses how Women are treated, specifically in sports. It brings up many well-respected female athletes being treated terribly, verbally and physically. Many Female league teams were being taken advantage of and having to work harder to broadcast their sports for fans to watch; the article does an excellent job of creating categories to explain some of the ordinary information people would need to understand in this article when studying this topic.

Article title: Association for Intercollegiate Athletics for Women
Article Evaluation: this association was created to give women's sports that chance to be governed over and was used to support women's teams. once there was a disagreement with the NCAA, the NCAA had seen potential in funding and making money off women's sports the reason why this was a problem is that the NCAA never had any interest in what AIAW was doing and in especially sporting women's sports as mention that it was fighting against the Title IX in 1972.

Article Evaluation: many articles have sub-topics on gender pay, some go deep into explaining pay gaps, and some don't. The importance of the pay gap in men's and women's sports also plays a part in why women's sports get less attention than their male counterparts. The pay gap represents the idea that women athletes are less critical than male athletes and therefore should get paid as much. this timeline represents the many times

Article Evaluation: the women's sports foundation was created by Billie Jean King, and used to support and protect women athletes while also raising awareness. one of the goals of this foundation was to educate others on women who play sports and how to associate with it without insulting and harassing the women.
