I picked my username based off the fact that I simply like Pretoria (South Africa). I reside in the US and registered for an account recently to make a bigger contribution to the site. I imagine Wikipedia as the embodiment of human knowledge (like how the Dharma Wheel represents the Bhuddist teachings). It definitely has problems but I am really excited for the future of the project.
