I'm concluding the study related to the NICE user script (that you installed at some point), and I'd like to ask you some questions about your experiences with and ideas about Wikipedia. The questions will be related to how you interact with new editors and the way you communicate when reverting. The chat should take about 45 minutes to an hour and can happen over phone, voip(skype) or instant messenger(gtalk, ICQ, AIM, etc.). As thanks for your time, I'll donate $10 (US) to the Wikimedia foundation at the completion of the interview. If you are interested or need more information, please let me know. -- EpochFail( talk| work) 16:32, 20 July 2010 (UTC)

Penubag,
We're trying to get some sports-related outlines started/completed, to provide an example/inspiration to the various sports WikiProjects.
Currently under construction are:
These need help.
Other outlines that have undergone substantial development recently include:
It would be nice if all the subdivisions of the 3 biggest countries in the North American continent had outlines. All the states of the US have outlines, and 2 of the provinces of Canada now have outlines. That leaves 8 provinces in Canada (and 3 territories), and Mexico's states.
The Transhumanist 00:39, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
Here's the latest addition to the religion section of Portal:Contents/Outlines. Wikipedia has rich coverage on this subject. Very interesting, especially from sociological and historical perspectives.
This is a call to all members of the Outline WikiProject and outline aficionados to help refine this outline. It needs annotations, missing topics added, and the entries in the general concepts section placed in more specific sections.
Come join in on the fun and get acquainted with members of the WikiProject.

Hey. I was wondering if you could create some more clocks pictures like File:Ambox currentevent red.svg (or at least update the clock) on images used for Template:Current sport? Please solve this mystery if you can...
On September 23rd, traffic to Portal:James Bond doubled, and has stayed at the new level since then. I can't figure out what happened.
See http://stats.grok.se/en/201109/Portal%3AJames_Bond
Traffic to Outline of James Bond stayed the same (though it was at the higher-level already), which leads me to suspect changes made somewhere in Wikipedia.
See http://stats.grok.se/en/201109/Outline%20of%20James_Bond
I'd like to find out what happened, in case it reveals helpful link placement tips that can double the traffic to outlines.
I look forward to your reply. The Transhumanist 22:13, 5 October 2011 (UTC)
The annotating of the entries on Portal:Contents/Outlines is nearing completion.
Annotated entries look like this:
Entries needing annotations look like this:
Please go to Portal:Contents/Outlines' and fill in as many missing annotations as you can, even if it's only one or two. Every little bit helps!

Thank you for uploading File:Ratemyprofessorscreenshot.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. SchuminWeb ( Talk) 04:49, 15 October 2011 (UTC)

Hello. You have
a new message at Template talk:AllSmall's talk page.
Template:AllSmall has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at
the template's entry on the Templates for discussion page.
I note you override
User:Ais523/hidetopcontrib.js with your own function hidetopcontrib()
.
Your code (and User:Ais523/hidetopcontrib.js) is currently broken by WP:AORC (and is otherwise out of date compared to my version).
Your minimal fix is to change
li[i].getElementsByTagName("strong").length>0
to
li[i].innerHTML.match(/mw\-uctop/i)!=undefined
because WP:AORC uses <strong> for large changes.
(There may be other differences between Ais523's original or your override and my version, but I don't think they affect your override unless your li[i].innerHTML.match(/"\/wiki\/([^"]*)"/)[1]
already doesn't work in some cases.)
