originally fortified Castle in Montbrun 87230, which makes part of located 5 miles away, commune of Dournazac. Regional Department of Commune of Dournazac, dates: 22 December , 2018. It is situated in the rural& bio region of Limousine,the South West(nowdays)France Haute-Vienne|Château de Montbrun}}.

In the past before the mid 15th century it was a territory of England.As France was only Paris and suburbs.

(French: Château de Montbrun) has been built by the order of the King Henry the|| years after marrying the Dutches of Acquitaine Eléonore. The main knight Aymeric Brun had been entitled by the King to built a siege resistant defensive Castle. Trados- later has been renamed by Richard to Montbrun- Barony with its 500 hectares of private land (until the mid 17th century,when after Lamberty family had been divided and some lands had been sold)today is a private village with over 165 hectares of private park,the plantation of biological marrons, three lakes, private license hunting fields and its still going round the castle original defensive water moat.
The site is privately owned and is open to the public on a booking for the guided tours & various events from the month of April ti November. Memorial service are taking place at the Castle I’m a special dates( see the website: www.montbrun.com) The Castle has been rarely built on a Celtic labyrinth( still existing and covered with mistery due to the part of them had not been explored, as since the last owner La Bonne family, just before the 2nd World War, the dangeons were closed in between 1930-1940’s and since then had never been found) which dates back to the year 0 A.C. The Castle today is one of a kind die to its high quality hand made furnitures, floorings, floor and design restoration that had been done at a personal funds of its current owner from Netherlandssince he bought a Castle mostly as a ruin as only 1 of 4 round towers had been not a ruin but not authentically or Middle Aged styled). After four years of research and the vets local styidian from Chalus, Italian glass and metal, Netherlands restoration professionals the Castle of Montbrun is a unique place completely restored in the style of 12th to 15th century. The fact that Richard the Lion Hearted had been having his last refuge after being winded in the fortress of Chalus on the 26th March 1199 ( which had been demolished on his order the next day ). There is still a historical monument on the territory of the Castle the granite stone mot that had not been exposed widely to the public that remains a graveyard of the King’s intestines(according to the Middle Ages death ceremony and cut in pieces body of the King). The heart of King Richard remains in Abbey of Fontevreau ( as well the the body of his mother Duthes of Acquitqine). Montbrun Castle remains the most visita le castle in the South West of France and welcomes its visitors to a unknown secrets of Trados Land {translated from Latin : the land of treasure or the land of abundance}.The Castle is built in the deep valley and only visible when one is in front of its gates.
