• You have not been blocked at all (and if so, it was an accident)

I vote netural if the basics (trustworthiness, no blocks and article edits) are met. If you are new, I'm going to be a WP:NOTNOW and oppose you. If all are met (or at my discretion if not all are met but you can do it) I will support you.

• You can show some admin actions
