This list is intended to serve as a clearinghouse for matching photos and Pennsylvania municipalities, with the eventual goal of seeing an infobox photo for every municipality statewide. When a municipality has an image, please remove it. When all municipalities in a county have images, please remove the county header; this is why Philadelphia County doesn't appear, for example. Each county header includes the number of unillustrated municipalities; please modify the number if you remove one or more entries.

The location of an in-article photo isn't significant for this project — by "infobox photo", I mean a photo that could reasonably be placed in the infobox, regardless of its location; a bad image in the infobox shouldn't count, while a good image outside the infobox should. For examples, see Moscow and Old Forge. Moscow's infobox image wouldn't count (it's just a 3-D map), but the rail depot photo is sufficient. Old Forge has no infobox image, and while it's got a decent photo, this image has proportions that just wouldn't work in the infobox: it's good for its current location, but at an infobox-suitable width, it would be useless. Finally, consider Franklin Park; my rather bad image didn't count, and we only counted the borough once a better photo was found.

We started with 2,560 municipalities in all 67 counties, all unchecked. At the moment (2 July 2024), we're left with 103 unillustrated municipalities in 23 counties, which means that we've identified 2,457 municipalities with infobox photos, including every municipality in 44 counties.
