N.M. Damack is a British writer of Crime novels. He was born in 1980 in Wolverhampton, England. He left school with no qualifications and immediately embark in a career as a professional Speedway rider. During his short career he rode for Wolverhampton, Long Eaton, Buxton and Hull. He also represented England in the Junior World Championships. But in 2000, following several injuries he retired from the sport. He then became a founding member of U.K. Raw, along friend Matty. P. The duo were amongst the pioneers during the early days of the West Midland Grime scene. They made three music videos, which received regular airplay on Channel AKA. One the music videos was later banned from TV because of its content. They also released an E.P. which lead to them being courted by Sony Music Entertainment, after a meeting at Sony's London headquarters they were virtually promised a record deal if they moved to London to raise their profile. They declined the offer and stayed in the West Midlands. The pair next wrote, directed and starred in several short films one of which was awarded the runner-up prize in the Big Issue International Film Festival. Success looked imminent, however the pair never pursued their early promise and parted ways amicably in 2005. They remain great friends.

Damack then took some time away from the creative arts while he decided where his future was heading. He even considered a return to the Speedway track, but after the birth of his second child in 2007 he made the decision to become a full time writer.

He has spent the last few years honing his skills and looking for the right project.

Devilskin is that project and is to be released through 2012 in parts called Novisodes.
