2. Template:Welcome-t - improve text to clearly acknowledge user has already posted at the Teahouse, and that this welcome is from the Hosts there.
3. Template:Welcome-t-anon - improve text to clearly acknowledge user has already posted at the Teahouse, and that this welcome is from the Hosts there. Both require checking with WT:WC whether this is an issue, especially as they refer to Template:Welcome-anon-t, which is similar but not identical.
