Victoria Sekitoleko was member of Parliament for Butembe. She was an able and articulate woman who was loved by many. She was also patron for Butembe Makerere Students Association(BUMASA). She resigned as Minister of Agriculture in 1994 and became the FAO representative in Zimbabwe. She has served in Ethipia and China and it is unlikely that she will return as Member of parliament for Butembe. Daudi Migereko is the current Member of Parliament.
