I was born in Utrecht, The Netherlands on February 5, 1980. After receiving my BSc from University College Utrecht in 2001 I worked as a consultant for Accenture in Amsterdam, Madrid and Buenos Aires until July 2006. In September 2007 I received my MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh, and I'm currently pursuing a PhD on the same subject at the Intelligent Systems Lab of the University of Amsterdam.
