Proposal

For my proposal I will add another sub-section about the different styles of coaching. The article has a sub-section that talks about the interpersonally of a coach, but it doesn't go into enough detail. How important the communication skills from a coach to a player is one of the biggest roles of taking on a coaching position. Not only are communication and words important but the mindset the coach has, has a huge effect on the players, parents, and game. The styles of coaching will determine how your season goes, it will determine who you shape your players into, and shows more about who the coach is. Thus, information would be helpful to read in this article due to the lack of knowledge about the styles of coaching which go farther than just the specific role of coaching a sport. I hope to achieve opening the targeted audience of coaches to realize the role they play in their athletes lives with their style of coaching.
