Hi, I am Mike Nelson and I have an interest in Occupational Health and Safety. I work mostly offshore in oil and gas. I develop and implement safety management systems. I am very interested in the use of cognitive psychology to foster safe working cultures, especially by the use of social influence techniques, "marketing" techniques and story telling.
