It might be helpful to go into detail on the transmission of Hepatitis D instead of saying that it is similar of that to Hepatitis B because a lot of people are not familiar with Hepatitis B transmission. The treatment portion could also be expanded to describe what the vaccine for Hepatitis B is like, instead of assuming readers already know.
