Stolpersteine is the German name for stumbling blocks collocated all over Europe by German artist Gunter Demnig. They remember the fate of the victims of Nazi Germany being murdered, deported, exiled or driven to suicide. The first Stolperstein collocactions in the Békés County ( Hungarian: Békés megye, pronounced [ˈbeːkeːʃ]) took place in Békéscsaba on 30 September 2012. Usually the Stolpersteine are placed in front of the last self-chosen residence of the victim. Their name in Hungarian is botlatókő.
In Hungarian, the family name is always put on first place. There is also the tradition that married women bear first and family name of their husbands - with the additional suffix -né after the first name of their husband. The wife of Bónis Adolf therefore is called Bónis Adolfné. Mostly on the Stolperstein the woman's birth name is engraved in the line below.
The lists are sortable; the basic order follows the alphabet according to the last name of the victim.

Ferenc Kulpin was born on 13 March 1888 in Békéscsaba. His parents were Jakab Kulpin and Fani née Lövi. He had at least one sister, Paula (b. 1883), and one brother, Ede (b. 1893). He was married to Janka née Grünwald. The couple had at least two sons, György (b. 1918) and Jozsef (b. 1920).

György Kulpin was born on 20 August 1918 in Békéscsaba. His parents were Ferenc Kulpin and Janka née Grünwald. He had at least one brother, Jozsef (b. 1920). At age 18 he was enlisted as a soldier in the Hungarian army, but later-on he was deported to do forced labor in the Don region of Ukraine. He was "executed by cruel method", so reported his cousin Katalin Packard in 1982.
