It's not 'review', it's patrol. The point is to check pages for obvious flaws. I check a page, it seems fine, I click the 'patrolled' link to take it off the list of pages that haven't been checked yet. I check a page, it has some obvious flaw, I either fix it or delete it. This applies to all the namespaces, not just mainspace where the articles are -- and yes, sometimes there are userpages, etc, that VERY MUCH need to be deleted (often, that's accompanied by the account being blocked). I've been doing this for quite a while; it's only since the ' Echo' system was implemented that people began to receive notifications that I've MARKED THEIR USERPAGE AS PATROLLED REVIEWED OH NO HE WAS LOOKING AT MY PAGE WHY WAS HE DOING THAT. All it means is "he looked at the page and decided there was nothing obviously wrong with it". If you, or anyone with this question, would take a moment to read my talkpage where I've answered this question more than once, we could save a great deal of time. DS ( talk) 14:36, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
Apologies, DS. I was only asking as it was a User article and it seemed to have stumped those at the teahouse for a while. Apologies, I should have looked.

Strange, I saw Emirjp was doing the same thing earlier. Is this an alternative account? I think its a good idea but I'm concerned with starting pages just for the sake of it if they're practically empty. I think we'd be better off having decade articles first until they can be expanded and then fill out into years when ready. 1950s in Algeria etc would be advisable.♦ Dr. ☠ Blofeld 20:43, 12 June 2013 (UTC)

Matty.007, thank you for helping. I was surprised to observe that there was no entry for SIOP. I tried to get someone else to start it without success. I started it, and hope others can add to the entry. Iss246 ( talk) 11:38, 2 June 2013 (UTC)

Hey, Matty. Are you still open to adopting a user? I'm relativly new here, so it could be cool to have someone who can help me and stuff. I haven't created any articles yet, just some userpages and edited existing pages... OscarLake ( talk) 22:15, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
Hi there. Glad that you are keen to help develop the Years in Scotland pages. However, can I suggest that you may wish to adopt the normal style for these pages? At the moment I am starting the pages with the bare minimum of info just to get the pages started in the hope that others may then help to add info. Any help you can give would be appreciated Regards Fishiehelper2 ( talk) 18:02, 3 June 2013 (UTC)
OK, thanks! Mat ty. 007 18:30, 3 June 2013 (UTC)
Just saw how many History articles you had created! Mat ty. 007 19:56, 6 June 2013 (UTC)
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited INES (TV service), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Turkish ( check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

I guess a thanks is in order, although I have not recollection of making such a request. Where is this archive? I am somewhat intrigued at what I asked and when. EnigmaMcmxc ( talk) 22:09, 9 June 2013 (UTC)

Congratulations, Matty.007! You're receiving this barnstar because you recently crossed the 1,000 classification threshold using STiki. We thank you both for your contributions to Wikipedia at-large and your use of the tool. We hope you continue your ascent up the leaderboard and stay in touch at the talk page. I just wanted to let you know that I've declined your report at UAA because real names, including aliases, are allowed as usernames unless there's a reason to suspect impersonation. Danger High voltage! 17:30, 10 June 2013 (UTC)

could you pls undo the changes you made to a page i edited (Lady andal school) i used to go there and i only wrote the truth. thanks and leave me a message to know more info!
This is the correct place for discussion, so I moved it from my guestbook. Mat ty. 007 17:29, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
Ah that seems ambitious, I'm sure were Grimhelm still actively editing he would appreciate your initiative. Feel free to update the article in any way you see fit, and let me know if you need anything. Cheers, Andonic.

Hi there. Thanks for your invite to participate in the Wikiproject:Years but its not really my area. I only got involved in the Battle of Dryfe Sands because that is within my remit and it was a complete mess. Thanks. QuintusPetillius ( talk) 19:02, 13 June 2013 (UTC)

Hey, I also noticed that some of your adoption curriculum (specifically the barnstars) looks kind of like mine. I don't mind as long as you acknowledge it. ö Brambleberry of RiverClan 21:47, 13 June 2013 (UTC)
