Jean Constantin (Romanian pronunciation: [ʒan konstanˈtin]), born Constantin Cornel Jean (b.  21 august 1927, Techirghiol - d. 26 mai 2010, Constanța), was one of the greatest Romanian actors, comedian known as "master of comedy". Among the roles he played are included the ones from B.D. (Brigada Diverse) series, action and comedy movies directed by Sergiu Nicolaescu and TV series Toate pînzele sus (1976).
