Mandar-And-No-More is a Campaign started in Bhopal, India, to save lives from the dangers of water-bodies. The campaign has been named in the memory of Mandar Vedghoshe, a student who died on 21st March 2015 in a drowning accident in Kerwa Dam water-body, in Bhopal. He was only 16. This campaign was significant and was intantly joined by hundreds of persons and organisations in Bhopal since as many as 176 persons had reportedly died at the same location, since the construction of dam in 1974. Hundreds of friends, from all over the world, were deeply pained by the loss of a young life. In a prayer meeting organized on 2nd April 2015 to pay tribute to Mandar, his family and friends avowed to immediately initiate measures to prevent more deaths in this place. The efforts of this team took the form of this campaign - "Mandar-And-No-More". This campaign manifests their loving remembrance of Mandar, their real tribute to him and their commitment to save lives from the dangers of water bodies.
