There was a lot of good stuff in the passages but it seems like the article was all over the place. The topic sentences of the article was subpar and did not describe what was happening in the paragraph. The overall structure of the article was confusing and the authors of this article did not cite enough sources.

The history of Latin America was a ok read. I thought it was weird that right after the first main point they talked about sport and how it is used for a power hierarchy. This is good infomation but maybe have a section to place that stuff. I also noticed that there were very little citations throughout the paper. The author needs to cite all of their claims with evidence. Overall a good paper it just needs some organization and citations.

It starts off with a strong overview but sometimes goes a little off topic of US and Latin America relations. There are also some parts that were pointed out by another editor that is not specifc enough. Like the other papers there was not citations to back up the authors points but had a lot of good infomation in it.
