Evaluate the drafted changes

Lead:

  1. Lead has not been updated
  2. Should update the lead with an introductory sentence that describes article additions as well as a short description of the additions.

Content

  1. Source 2 is a little outdated, from 1959.
  2. In "Oil Impacts on Coral Reef Communities", it could be beneficial to expand on how these oils influence fish behavior and provided specific examples
  3. In "Oil Impacts on Coral Reef Communities", the Deep Horizon spill is mentioned but it would be valuable to explain the impact that that specific spill had on coral reef communities, otherwise it feels random and out of place
  4. In "Cause and Effects of Oil Spills": "The ways oil spills anthropogenically in the ocean are because of drilling rigs, pipelines, refineries, and etc" --> reword this sentence and do not include "etc"

Tone and Balance

  1. Good, neutral content

Sources and References

  1. Would try to replace source 2, I believe there are more current articles available with this same information
  2. The sources should all be listed at the end following the Wikipedia guidelines, not after each paragraph

Organization

  1. Organization is good, however I would considering beginning the article section with the causes and then following that sub-header in the order it is currently in.

Images and Media

  1. The images are very relevant and well picked with suitable captions

Overall Impressions

  1. Article is good, just some quick changes to improve the overall flow and depth of the article additions. The main drawback I noticed was that some ideas were not thoroughly explained.
