From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

While visiting the Wikipedia as a change from my usual haunts at Everything2 (where I use the same username, liveforever [1]), I was struck by the relative ease of modifying and correcting data here.

As a former content editor at E2, I have grounds for comparison, and while the Wiki structure strikes me as uncomfortably anarchic, I can also see that that is as much a strength as it is a weakness.

I'm sure that I'll be browsing and editing Wikipedia more, in the future.
