Selection for inclusion as a "Top 20" site was based solely on web traffic volume. Evaluation criteria developed by Consumers Union in partnership with Health Improvement Institute included areas such as ease of use, accessibility, transparency, editorial adequacy, advertising, and information reliability among others. The site was among 8 that received an overall good rating though it’s evaluation at the time noted its content ”...has no authoritative information, anyone can post any claim”. [1]

Establishment of the Maronite Church is composed of three basic periods, from 4th to the 7th centuries, Beginning as a movement which took Saint Maroun as an inspirational leader and patron saint, the building of the Monastery of Saint Maroun on the Orontes to defend the doctrines of the council after the Council of Chalcedon followed Saint Maroun as an inspirational leader and patron saint; while the second period start when Monastery of Saint Maroun on the Orontes, built after Council of Chalcedon to defend the doctrines of the council, [2] the monastery described as ‘Greatest Monastery in the region of Secunda Syria, with more than 300 hermitages[ disambiguation needed] around it according to some records from the antiquities; [3] and after the schemes of 518 in the Antiochian Patriciate, the monastery de facto administrated many parishes in Prima Syria, Cole Syria and Phoenicia, and according to the remain records from the antiquities, the monastery includes bishops. These events led to the third period of the establishments when de facto Sede Vacante happened to the Antiochian Patriciate after the Arab Conquest of the region, bishops of the St. Maroun Monastery elected St. John Maroun as a patriarch, according to the Maronite traditions this event happened around 685 AD, while the Byzantine Rite followers re-established their patriciate in 751 AD.
