Insurancewith is a trading name of Infinity Insurance Solutions Ltd, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Travel Insurance Facilities PLC. Insurancewith provides travel insurance for those with pre-existing medical conditions.

History

The company was founded in 2007, when Fiona Macrae was unable to find travel insurance at a reasonable price which also covered her cancer diagnosis. This prompted her to found Insurancewith to provide insurance for those with a medical condition.

There are many examples in the media which show how those afflicted with a medical condition have difficulty in obtaining travel insurance.

  • In July 2016, The Telegraph published a list of top 10 insurers prepared to go the extra mile to help travellers with cancer or other serious pre-existing medical conditions. [1]

Breast cancer awareness campaign

In October 2016, they started a campaign to raise awareness of breast cancer in men. A number of outlets featured the campaign, including Hello! magazine [5] and The Male Breast Cancer Coalition. Football league clubs also promoted the campaign via social media, including Wolverhampton Wanderers, Port Vale, Northampton Town and Chesterfield FC.
