Born on 10th February 1970 in a well-educated and cultured family of Pilkhua (near Ghaziabad) Kumar is the youngest among four brothers. His father wanted him to be an engineer, but he had a passion for poetry right from the cradle. Ultimately he found his path to prestige, prosperity and popularity after lurking a little between engineering and Gazetted officer Dom in Rajasthan during early 1990s. When some of the critics said that how can a science student like him express the intensity of emotions without having any academic background of literature, Kumar accepted the challenge and proved his worth by acquiring a doctorate degree in the subject. Noe he has several T.V. programmes, hundreds of kawi sammellans, many title songs of TV programmes, a lot of cassettes and CDs, dozens of lucrative social projects and trillions of the eulogists among Hindi speaking people of America, Gulf countries, England, Singapore, Hong Kong, Nepal and of course, in various cities of India. His Fen club includes several renowned leaders, business tycoons, leading journalists, Bollywood personalities along with common men. He has recently signed a few contracts with some of the esteemed banners of Bollywood to write lyrics for their forthcoming ventures.
