I am new to the Wikipedia, but already sense the semi-addictive nature of reverting vandalism, hunting down spelling errors and attempting to maintain the NPOV.

I too am strongly scientifically skeptical, but do my best to direct users to areas of the Wikipedia where they can provide supporting materials to entries with opposing points of view.
