Mark Rosenman

Mark Rosenman is a longtime New York sports radio personality and published author and writer. Rosenman's radio career began in 1980 on WGLI "The Mighty" 1290 AM. After a 25 year hiatus, where he coached a travel baseball team which included Arizona Diamondbacks first round draft pick Mike Belfiore, he returned to the radio scene in 2007 as the host of SportsTalkNY on WLIE 540 AM. SportsTalkNY airs every Sunday night on WLIE 540 AM and sportstalknyradio.com. The show includes interviews with current and former players, broadcasters and other sports media personalities.

Rosenman covers both the New York Rangers and New York Mets and has made numerous television appearances on ESPN, NHL Network, CBS with Steve Overmyer and on radio with WFAN.

Rosenman has co-authored three books with Howie Karpin. In 2015, he released Shoot to Thrill: The History of Hockey's Shootout. His second book, Down on the Korner: Ralph Kiner and Kiner's Korner, was released in 2016. In January of 2018, he published New York Rangers by the Numbers: A Complete Team History of the Broadway Blueshirts by Uniform Number. Rosenman has two more books in the works, Before '94: The Story of the 1979 New York Rangers, which is also co-authored by Howie Karpin, and Glove Story: Fathers and Sons and the National Pastime, which is co-written by his longtime SportsTalkNY co-host AJ Carter.
