Raw Denim

Raw Denim is a British multinational menswear outlet headquartered in Blackburn, Lancashire, it was founded by two brothers in 1988 who were already working in the denim field. Before the birth of Raw Denim, the two brothers were working in a denim factory. They gained skills by manufacturing and designing jeans. The brothers later had the vision to create their own brand which quickly rose to fame for their denim.

History

In 2006, they launched their ETO (Engineered To Order) website and it quickly evolved to many more different sites hosting their different brands. With over 60 years of experience in the denim industry, the Co-founders took inspiration from visiting architectural sites designed by the famous Spanish architect ' Antoni Gaudí', who was renowned for reflecting his highly individual and distinctive style to his work. Subsequently, they aimed to build a brand with its own identity influenced by Antoni Gaudi’s philosophy of adding innovative attributes to the design.

Marketing

The brands have exhibited in various trade shows year on year in the UK, as well in Europe at CPH Copenhagen and the most recent being CPM - Moscow. The marketing activities undertaken by the brand include advertising in the UK Premiership and Championship football, billboards in London underground and Manchester Trafford Centre, frequent advertising in trade magazines such as Drapers, Menswear Insight, GQ and FHM.

Brands

Due to the success of the ETO website, there was a great demand for ENZO in 2009. Which is when the creators of RAW Indigo decided to design their first-ever ENZO jeans website in 2015. Predominantly originating from a jeans background, ENZO gained immense growth and popularity, which is when they introduced many more brands such as, Blue Circle, FBM, APT, KRUZE and more recently Bound By Honour and DSRY which includes the popular trend of athleisure. The company has evolved from denim and jeans to a full range of men’s clothing and accessories including tracksuits and belts. With the success of all their brands, the company decided to bring all their brands under one umbrella which is when the website Raw Denim// Outlet was created.
