Joshua Vargas ( IPA: ʤɑʃuə ˈvargas) is a 20-year-old photographer and aspiring urban planner and planning scholar from Zamboanga City, Philippines. He is a high school graduate from the Ateneo de Zamboanga University and is currently a junior at Yale-NUS College in Singapore.
His current interests are in academia (particularly higher education in the Philippines), development and urban studies, electronic music, and digital humanities.
