Edinburgh castle which located in the coast rock is the center of the Scottish history. [1] Many history story happened in Edinburgh castle. Edinburgh castle has been the royal castle of Scotland from the 12th century to the 16th century. Until the 17th century, the castle became a military base. [2] By the mid‐eighteenth century, Edinburgh castle lost the military value gradually, and the function of the castle at that time is barracks for the British Army. In the middle of 19th century the function of the castle change from military role to tourist trade. [3]
